On the directions of the Punjab government, another group of doctors of the Lahore General Hospital (LGH) has reached Rawalpindi to treat the dengue patients there. Principal Post Graduate Medical Institute Professor Dr Sardar Mohammad Alfareed Zafar said, here Wednesday that as per orders of the Chief Minister Punjab, the team of doctors will report to the vice-chancellor of Rawalpindi Medical University.

He assured that till the normal situation prevails medical staff of Lahore General Hospital would be there in Rawalpindi. Principal PGMI further said: "We should not be afraid of dengue and face this challenge with best strategy especially with the precautionary measures."
